PRIMARY SOURCE

Clark, Harold F. "Economic Effects of Education." The Journal of Higher Education Mar. 1930, Vol. 1 ed., No. 3 sec.: 141-44. JSTOR. Ohio State University Press. 18 Mar. 2010 .

This is an article written for the Journal of Higher Education that discusses the relation of education on economic effects. I inferred from this article that during the time of President Hoover the stress on improving education was very important to the society so that they could progress further as a country. It helped me to realize that the need for higher education is essential in a society in order to advance economically. Back when this article was written, and even today, the stress for a higher education to help improve is very well known and many people listen to the advice to go on in life with a formal education.
